About Us
LCi has been building in the Puget Sound region for more than seven decades. Brothers Jeff and Jamie Tiegs acquired the firm in 2015, leading with a relationship-based approach and years of expertise working in GC/CM and Design-Build delivery for K12 schools, municipal, civic, and commercial projects.
