CENTENNIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATION

LCi was selected as the low bidder to renovate this existing, 52,000 sf occupied school, including a 10,000 sf gymnasium addition, new playgrounds and updated playfield. The main entry was redesigned to provide a secure vestibule and to provide better flow for parent and bus drop-off. Because the renovation and additions were built while the campus was occupied, maintaining existing systems and isolating students and staff from construction were of paramount importance.
