Jeff joined Lincoln's management team as a Principal in 2015 bringing with him over 27 years of construction experience in management, operations, estimating, staff management, strategic planning, and preparation of systems, budgets and progress reports, along with significant experience in alternative delivery methods; specifically GC/CM and design build processes. He is an expert at managing complex, phased renovations.
