McGilvra Elementary- Completed fall of 2018 - Cost

 This project constructed an addition to house a new kitchen and student lunchroom, restrooms, and custodial space. Earthquake safety/seismic improvement were made to the existing building. Two classrooms were reconfigured. The lunchroom addition provides capacity for assemblies or events of up to 581 people
