Jeff Tiegs
President
Jeff joined Lincoln's management team as a Principal in 2015 bringing with him over 27 years of construction experience in management, operations, estimating, staff management, strategic planning, and preparation of systems, budgets and progress reports, along with significant experience in alternative deliver methods; specifically GC/CM and design build processes. He is an expert at managing complex, phased renovations.
Jamie Tiegs
Vice President
Jamie joined Lincoln's management team as a principal in 2015. He brings extensive experience with varying project types to Lincoln. In the course of his career, Jamie has regularly managed large scale, complex and logistically demanding projects in the public sector; consistently delivering them on budget and on schedule. Jamie's thorough understanding of construction systems and the design process has allowed him to form close working relationships with architects, subcontractors, and building officials, contributing to a team approach and an efficient facilitation of demanding construction administration work.
Flor Garcia Silva
Project Assistant
Flor has progressively increased her level of responsibility and knowledge with each position held in her 20+ years of experience in the construction field, including public works. She has managed projects from conception to completion. Flor works closely with the Project Managers and Field Superintendents to ensure quality and timing on projects.
Tom Romberg
Project Manager
Tom has over 25 years of experience in construction management. As a project manager Tom is responsible for preconstruction management, contract management and compliance, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and cost control. Tom manages a variety of project types, providing quality control, safety management, and scheduling.
Bill Markham
Project Superintendent
Bill has over 45 years in the construction industry. He provides demonstrated success leading large field teams on highly challenging, occupied project sites. His responsibilities include scheduling, coordination, and directing the progress of work on site and daily supervision and direction of field operations.
